Bold new vision for Alliance Health Plus
Alliance Health Plus, New Zealand’s only Pacific-led PHO, is on a journey to transform Pacific health and wellbeing.
We welcome the Government’s Health Reform Agenda to invest in families and communities through Locality frameworks to achieve a dramatic change in equity of access, options and outcomes for Māori, Pacific and other underserved populations.
We are excited to share our newly formulated, enduring Purpose and refreshed Strategic Goals for 2022 – 2025, symbolised by the journey of the Vaka and fortified by our strong commitment to the Pacific population of Tāmaki Makaurau.
Our new Strategic Goals are to:
Reduce the equity gap
Embrace technology
Enhance Pacific workforce development
Strengthen community relationships
These goals are underpinned by the development of partnerships and alliances for health equity and social determinants.
Our three year Business Plan includes interventions to achieve improved outcomes across all Strategic Goals, with clear lines of Accountability and Responsibility for improved performance outcomes.
