Community Navigator – Full Time
Navigator Support – Part Time
The key attributes for these positions start with a desire to want to help our most high needs Pacific families. The core attribute to be ‘vae māmā’– willing to be agile and move around to remove barriers and connect people and their families with meaningful solutions. Relationships will be built through applying the ‘Talanoa’ model of engagement which uses the four key elements of Ofa (Love), Mafana (Warmth), Malie (Humour) and Faka’apa’apa (Respect).
