An innovative Clinical Framework

  • We have implemented a leading-edge clinical framework that brings together an outcomes based quality framework and enhanced primary care services to achieve tangible health gain for communities and flexibility for providers to access additional services

A supportive Practice Network Team

  • Practices can expect to see our Practice Network Team on a regular basis and receive extra support when it is required. Because of our size, we are able to offer a more personalised service to meet specific practice needs 

Useful clinical practice tools

We offer a suite of tools which integrate with existing practice systems including:

  • Best Practice Intelligence (BPI) real-time reporting
  • Best Practice Advocacy Centre (BPAC) patient prompt
  • TXT2Remind - text messaging services

Intensive support towards Cornerstone accreditation

  • We provide strong support to our practices to achieve and maintain Cornerstone accreditation status

Continuing medical and nursing education

  • Monthly clinical education presentations for medical and nursing staff. These meet requirements for RNZCGP MOPS (Maintenance of Professional Standards)
  • Practice Manager education and networking
  • Regular network provider meetings
  • Assistance for nurses with preparation and maintenance of Nursing Council portfolios and professional matters.
  • Weekly electronic newsletter updating practices
