Alliance Health Plus (AH+) is a mid-sized Primary Health Organisation operating in Counties Manukau and Auckland District Health Boards. 


While AH+ has a focus on Pacific and high needs populations, our 34 practices have expanded to include all population groups, mainstream providers, Very Low Cost Access practices, Access practices, urban, city and rural practices.  We are here to support primary health care practices to deliver the best quality care to patients and their families. We place importance on being a high performing PHO and pride ourselves on the quality of our practice support.
